Overall good experience. The products arrived a few days later than the site said it would. The only note of caution I would tell others is that the "17 Track" website is a third party website that collects updates from the actual shippers if they choose to share the information. The updates on that tracker were basically nonexistent. I was informed that "a label has been created" and "package was in transit." I'd rather the company just say that they don't track packages rather than feel "tricked" but a third party site that wasn't helpful at all. I will also be cautioning others in using this website. Google indicates a multitude of issues surrounding incomplete orders and shipping issues. While my order was indeed fulfilled I still have reservations about coming back.
